I'm taking part in CNWL NHS Health Charity’s Firewalk and challenging myself to walk across hot embers.
This charity funds vital projects that go beyond standard NHS funding, supporting the health and wellbeing of patients, staff, and communities across one of the largest mental health and community NHS trusts in the country.

I’m doing a Firewalk to raise money for the CNWL Charitable fund! I'd really appreciate if you could donate something small to help me reach my goal.
Working in Mental Health has always been such a privilege, but right now it's tough in services. Demand has never been higher, and resources are tight. The Charitable fund gives the opportunity for teams to innovate. This really matters to me because i see a future for the NHS where we use lived experience, communities and clinical expertise to coproduce creativity. This cannot happen without support of funding from places the CNWL's NHS Health Charity. They’ve already funded brilliant things like the Riverside Rangers football team, and I’m hoping to raise more to help other projects across the trust.
The walk’s only a few days away, so please donate if you can! Every bit helps.
