Steph is making me walk on fire
I've decided to take on a challenge that sounds impossible - but on 13 November I'll be doing it: walking on fire.
If you know me, you’ll know I can barely handle walking barefoot on hot sand… yet soon I’ll be stepping across burning coals reaching up to 1,200°F!
Why, you ask?
Well - partly because my partner, Steph, has given me very little choice 😅 … but mostly because it’s for an amazing cause.
Every step (and wince) will help raise funds for CNWL NHS Health Charity, supporting:

🔥 Improved wellbeing for our hardworking NHS staff
🔥 Recovery support for patients
