I'm taking part in CNWL NHS Health Charity’s Firewalk and challenging myself to walk across hot embers.
This charity funds vital projects that go beyond standard NHS funding, supporting the health and wellbeing of patients, staff, and communities across one of the largest mental health and community NHS trusts in the country.

Why I'm doing this
Tuesday 23rd Sep I'm doing this because it sounds like fun and because the CNWL charity supports people directly. Your donation will go to causes such as buying plants for sensory gardens to help children, young people and older adults have a nicer hospital stay, or supporting a telephone befriending service for stressed or isolated carers, or activities that bring patients and carers together to support each other.
