Help Me Conquer Walking Through Fire For CNWL NHS Health Charity
I’m taking on the challenge of CNWL NHS Health Charity’s Firewalk: walking barefoot across burning embers, to push myself beyond my comfort zone and raise funds for an incredible cause.
Mental health is something I feel very strongly about. Too often it doesn’t get the attention it deserves, yet it affects every one of us in some way. I’ve seen first-hand how important it is to speak openly about our struggles and to have the right support in place when life tests us.
That’s why I’m supporting CNWL NHS Health Charity. They fund vital projects that go beyond standard NHS services, improving the health and wellbeing of patients, staff, and communities across one of the largest mental health and community NHS trusts in the country.
I’d be truly grateful for your support in helping me reach my fundraising target. Every donation, big or small, makes a real difference. And when I take that first step onto the embers, I’ll be carrying the strength of all my supporters with me.
