Terms and conditions for Santa in the City 2025

CNWL’s terms and conditions of acceptance of your place at an event.

1.) Entry: Each participant must pay a non-refundable registration fee to guarantee their charity place. Once this fee is paid CNWL NHS Health Charity will be in touch to provide information so the participant can access the event organisers registration console. It is vital that participants register on this console by the deadline or they won't be able to take part in the event.

2.) Communication: You acknowledge that you will be contacted by phone, email and post in in relation to the specific event you have registered for, so that CNWL NHS Health Charity can communicate the necessary information to ensure your successful participation in the event.

3.) Use of images: You acknowledge that photos will be taken on the day of the event and may be used for promotional purposes.
