Terms and conditions for London Landmarks 2026
CNWL’s terms and conditions of acceptance of your place at an event.
1.) Entry: Each participant must pay a non-refundable registration fee to guarantee their charity place. Once this fee is paid CNWL NHS Health Charity will be in touch to provide information so the participant can access the event organisers registration console. It is vital that participants register on this console by the deadline or they won't be able to take part in the event.
2.) Sponsorship: By accepting your place you are committing to the minimum sponsorship target of £350. This target does not include Gift-Aid. You understand that you will need to raise 40% of your fundraising target 10 weeks before the event to secure your place. This will mean raising £140 by 1 Feb 2026.
3.) Communication: You acknowledge that you will be contacted by phone, email and post in in relation to the specific event you have registered for, so that CNWL NHS Health Charity can communicate the necessary information to ensure your successful participation in the event.
4.) Use of images: You acknowledge that photos will be taken on the day of the event and may be used for promotional purposes.
