I'm taking 2026 to new heights (literally!) 

I'm challenging myself to abseil over 200 feet to support CNWL NHS Health Charity. 

The charity supports the work of CNWL, one of the largest NHS Trusts providing essential community, mental health and sexual health services in London. The charity supports pioneering projects that go beyond NHS funding, enhancing the health and wellbeing of patients, staff and the wider community.

Working as a sexual health doctor at CNWL, and also as a GP in the catchment area for the Trust’s community referral services, I am well aware of the wide scope of vital patient services the Trust provides, and I’m excited to harness (pun intended!) all the support I can to champion the work the Charity does to enhance the Trust’s core work.

Thank you for lending your support in reaching my fundraising target. Every donation, big or small, will make a real difference and I’ll be thinking of all my supporters when I take that first step over the edge!
