I'm taking 2026 to new heights (literally!) 

I'm challenging myself to abseil over 200 feet to support CNWL NHS Health Charity. 

This amazing charity supports pioneering projects that go beyond NHS funding, enhancing the health and well-being of patients, staff, and the wider community within one of the largest mental health and community NHS trusts.

Why am I doing this?? Yikes??

I've had a couple of tough years - recovering from breast cancer and hip replacement surgery a few weeks ago.  I was desperate to put something on my bucket list to help put all that behind me and bring me joy  - and this opportunity came along.  I love floating through the air - been there done it and I want to do it again - for a great cause.  Donations big or small much appreciated!  :-)
