Swim Serpentine 2026

I'm fundraising to support people when they need it the most.

People are at the heart of what we do

Every day, thousands of children, young people and adults receive care and support from Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. Whether they're living with a mental illness, recovering from illness or injury, or accessing community healthcare, compassionate care can make all the difference during some of life's most challenging moments.

CNWL NHS Health Charity helps make that care even better by funding projects that the NHS alone cannot. From creating calming spaces and funding therapeutic activities, to supporting staff wellbeing and investing in innovative ideas, every pound raised helps improve the health and wellbeing of our patients, staff, and community.

Every mile swam and every donation raised will help us ensure every patient and every member of staff has the support, care and opportunities they need to live well.

From coach to 1 mile swim!

Wednesday 9th Sep
When I first signed up I had not swam for a few years and felt I needed a new challenge to keep motivated. Seeing the screens saver whilst at work got me thinking about my activity levels, and finding a way to deal with stressors. So the 1 mile swim in serpentine and raising money for cwnl charity projects - for patients ,staff and community wellbeing helped to keep me going. Like the Rosedale garden space which I have the opportunity of using once a week.

Now 2 weeks to go and my last swimming session I completed 1000m!

So please give generously!
