I'm fundraising for CNWL NHS Health Charity

Hello treasured friends, family and colleagues,

I am taking part in Swim Serpentine 2026 to raise money for the Central and North West London (CNWL) NHS Health Charity. 🏊‍♀️💙

I have been a neuro-physiotherapist at CNWL for the past 3½ years and I have LOVED every second of working alongside the most incredible doctors, nurses, therapists and wider NHS teams — all with the same shared aim of making the best possible difference to our patients’ lives.

During my time at CNWL, I have seen first-hand the incredible work that the CNWL NHS Health Charity makes possible — from helping to create calmer, more therapeutic environments, to improving patients’ wellbeing and recovery, and supporting NHS staff so they can continue providing the best possible care.

Every day, patients and families across CNWL rely on our mental health and community health services during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Every donation, no matter how big or small, helps us support children, young people and adults across our services.

So, if you are able to, I would be incredibly grateful for any donation you can spare to support this amazing charity — and help me swim my way through 2miles of the Serpentine!

Evening all, yesterday I tried to swim my heart out did the Swim Serpentine is 59minutes - it was a fantastic day and I’m so grateful to get the opportunity to fundraise for the CNWL NHS Charity. I’m delighted to have surpassed my fundraising target so THANK YOU all so much for your support, it means the world to me and all of your donations will go a long way to NHS staff/ patients and their families. Thanks again xx
